1.) Observation
2.) Build Buy-In- develop the mission statement- prayer and fasting- often times the desire is already there, so build buy-in from the students all the way up to the deacons and elders and parents.
3.) Develop the relationship- outside the church.
4.) Be consistent- church-wide
5.) Listen and then obey- God will do the rest.
6.) How do you navigate the downs? Be consistent and stick it out. Don’t leave when it’s hard-go through the valley and Trust God through the process.
