“If you don’t make time for wellness you will make time for illness.”

1.) We have to be honest with ourselves. Find 3-5 people that you can be unapologetically you. Too often we think we need to shoulder the burden alone. Matthew 11:28-30

2.) Be honest with your leadership team. Shoulder the church together.

3.) Be rooted. Be present. The greatest gift we can give our people is our time. Give yourself permission to live in the moment, and allow yourself to experience the present moment.

4.) Establish realistic boundaries. What falls outside of your gifts and your role, and delegate out the rest.

5.) Learn the value of saying no. There are so many good things, but not all of them are possible for you to take on. You can only take on so much.
