Often times when we come into a new ministry program we are introduced to all of the things that have been running in the youth program since the last Youth Pastor was there. Some are healthy and some are not which brings the questions, “How do I go about changing an event or program within my ministry without upsetting my church?” “How do I make sure that this will be accepted well within my ministry?”
