Show Notes
Camp is a place to get away from the Routine.
Children can learn in the Outdoors differently then in normal school or church settings. There’s no testing. (My Favorite on the importance of Camp staff verses Church staff) hearing the same words from a different person can help them see a different perspective and increase the impact of those words.
We as youth leaders can say the same God Loves You over and over and have a kid just not get it. But in a different setting with a camp counselor, they might just hear it.
Camp is not something that is in competition with our ministry, but instead something that adds to it.
